Welcome to the "Friends of John Bascelli" website.
John Bascelli passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 30th, 2005 at the age of 32.  He left behind his wife Melanie Gonnella Bascelli and daughter Ava Rose Bascelli.  The "Friends of John Bascelli" foundation was established with the dual purpose of remembering John Bascelli and also most importantly to lessen the financial burden that Melanie and Ava Bascelli now face.

The Friends of John Bascelli would like to thank everyone who attended "A Night to Be Somebody". It was a wonderful night in celebration of John's life. We thank all those who attended, donated and the many volunteers who helped make it happen. We raised a total of $36,000 which will go directly in a fund for Ava's education. Thank you everyone!!!!!!
